About Howard

In 1969, Mr. Rambin was a Co-Founder of Moody Rambin Interests and remains a Principal. Currently, he oversees multiple areas, covering Project Leasing, Property Management, Tenant Representation, and Investment Services in the office and industrial sectors.

Over his career, Mr. Rambin has developed, owned, operated and sold 25 suburban office buildings in the Houston area, along with several Apartment complexes and motor hotels.

With a specialty in office leasing, he has been directly involved in transactions totaling in excess of 15 million square feet.

Mr. Rambin also founded and is currently on the Executive Committee of Keep Houston Beautiful, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the reduction of litter in Houston. He is also member of The Houston Country Club, a former member of The Executive Committee (TEC), now Vistage, The Houston Angel Network, the Keep Houston Beautiful Executive Committee, and the Texas Association of Realtors.

Mr. Rambin attended Deerfield Academy, New Canaan, Conn. High School & Kinkaid Academy and then studied at both the U Of North Carolina and SMU where he holds a B.A degree in Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Rambin lives in Houston and his family consists of his wife Karen, and his 4 children – Jay, Mary. Joe and Leven.
